Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999.
Every HOF order is carefully packed and dispatched with care. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
Estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days, depending on your location.
During festive periods, sales, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays, delivery timelines may vary slightly. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
At the moment, we ship within India only.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
HOF cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government regulations or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We'll coordinate with our courier partner and assist you throughout the resolution process.

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
No additional payment processing fees are charged.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for most eligible locations across India.
However, HOF reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for:
- Certain locations where courier partners do not support COD.
- High-value orders.
- Customers with repeated refused deliveries.
- Orders identified as potentially fraudulent.
GST
GST invoices are available upon request for eligible orders.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
In the unlikely event of a pricing, inventory or technical error, HOF reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product Representation
We strive to display every product as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
- Natural fabrics may display subtle variations in weave, texture and finish.
- These characteristics are part of the authenticity and beauty of natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Force Majeure
HOF shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
