5. NATURAL FABRIC DISCLAIMER

At HOF, we primarily work with natural fabrics including linen, cotton, silk, modal, cashmere and other premium fibres.

Unlike synthetic materials, natural fibres carry unique characteristics that make every piece beautifully individual.

Subtle variations in:

Texture
Weave
Colour
Slubs
Surface finish
Fabric weight

are a hallmark of authentic natural fabrics and should not be regarded as defects.

Natural wrinkling and softening over time are also expected characteristics of linen and similar fabrics.

6. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

In the event of:

Pricing errors
Inventory errors
Technical errors
Incorrect product information

HOF reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

Additional shipping charges may apply where orders are returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts.

10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

Return eligibility, inspection requirements, Store Credit, pickup charges and exclusions are described in that policy.

11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many HOF collections are produced in limited quantities.

Availability displayed on the website may occasionally differ from actual inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund where applicable.
